Das fünfte Balance Club / Culture Festival und die Ausstellung „In:Visibiities“ werden am Freitag, 18 Uhr, mit einer Performance von Klara Lopéz eröffnet.
Klara Lopéz ist eine in Kopenhagen lebende Aktivistin und experimentelle interdisziplinäre Performance-Künstlerin. Klara ist Teil einer interdisziplinären Tanzkooperative, die in Kopenhagen tätig ist. In ihrer Praxis arbeitet sie mit dem Körper als Übersetzungswerkzeug, in weichen und hyperfemininen Frequenzen. Klara hat bereits in Leipzig gearbeitet, u.a. am mit Postorganic Bauplan am LOFFT. Wir freuen uns riesig auf eine fulminante Festivaleröffnung!

The festival and exhibition will be opened with a performance by dancer Klara Lopéz.
Klara Lopéz is a Copenhagen based activist and experimental interdisciplinary performance artist. Klara is part of a intersectional dance cooperative, operating in Copenhagen. In her practice she works with the body as a tool for translation, in soft and hyper femme frequencies.
Klara has worked in Leipzig before, for example at the LOFFT with Postorganic Bauplan.
We are thrilled that Klara Lopéz will highlight the opening of our 5th festival with a performance.
